The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) has volunteered for an Air Quality review of the Air Pollution Control Division’s (APCD) oil and gas requirements. This will be the first STRONGER Air Quality State Review for the state of Colorado. STRONGER commends CDPHE for volunteering and looks forward to publishing its report of the APCD’s review.
