State Review of Oil & Natural Gas Environmental Regulations, Inc. (STRONGER), a non-profit organization whose Board is comprised of state, industry and public interest representatives, will be conducting a targeted review of the hydraulic fracturing portions of the oil and gas regulatory program of the Colorado Oil & Gas Conservation Commission against guidelines developed by STRONGER. The review will be conducted by a stakeholder review team. The review will occur on June 23, beginning at 8:00 A.M., in the State Land Board conference room in Denver. A report containing the review team findings and recommendations will be developed and made available to interested parties.
