The STRONGER Board of Directors has announced that it will accept public comments on the draft Reused & Recycled Fluids Guidelines. The public comment period will run from April 1, 2015 to June 19, 2015. STRONGER formed a workgroup in February 2014 to develop a new section of the Guidelines addressing the recycling and reuse of fluids used in oil and gas exploration and production. The fluids under discussion include flowback from hydraulic fracturing and water that is produced during the operation of oil and gas wells.
